Who is responsible for your data ?
The personal data collected on this website is processed by OTR3, in its capacity as data controller as defined within Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (general data protection regulation) and Law n ° 78- 17 relating to computers, files and modified freedoms.
Why are your data collected ?
The collection of personal data from the website is carried out in the context of contact requests, requests to subscribe to our Newsletter or personalized monitoring, responses to online surveys or registrations for events. It is also carried out within the framework of remote recordings carried out online, in order to meet legal requirements.
How are your data processed ?
OTR3 attaches particular importance to the protection of your personal data. This is why, in addition to the security and confidentiality measures implemented, access to and processing of your data is restricted only to persons authorized by OTR3, as well as, where applicable, to service providers responsible for hosting and maintenance of the website to ensure its protection. We strictly ensure the data collected is never misappropriated or used for other purposes.
What are your rights over your data ?
You may access exercice the following data subjects rights, to the extent applicable:
- Right of access, so as to be informed of the personal data we process, the purpose of processing and the recipient of data.
- Right to rectification, for the correction of any inaccurate information about you.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten), so as to ensure the erasure of your personal data from our files, so long as its processing is no longer necessary or obligatory for the compliance with a legal obligation of the Company or the defense of a lawful interest before the Court.
- Right to restriction of processing, in case the accuracy of your personal data is disputed.
- Right to data portability, so as to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object, if you no longer wish your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes. Please note that your personal data is not subject to profiling by OTR3.

OTR3 will make all reasonable efforts to address your request within a period of one (1) month from receipt of the request. However, if it is impossible to meet this deadline due to the complexity of your request or the number of simultaneous requests, we will timely inform you within same deadline for the reasons of the delay and will make all reasonable efforts to address your request without undue delay and, in any case, within a period of two (2) more months.
OTR3 reserves the right not to satisfy your request, if manifestly unfounded or excessive, and will notify you accordingly.
Nevertheless, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Authority of your country (CNIL) pursuant to the provisions of article 77 GDPR.

In order to filter messages recognized as spam via contact forms, we use two data analysis services: reCAPTCHA and Akismet. Use of these forms implies acceptance of the privacy policies specific to these services, as described below.
